Buttonquail Dress - Profusion
Buttonquail has become a Birds classic since we first ran it in 2024. It's back this season in beautiful new prints including Profusion! An absolute splendour of blooms erupt from every inch of this gorgeous print, with grape hyacinth, tiny bluebells, pink and red peonies and peach chrysanthemums on a deep teal blue background. Also available in Intergalactic and Acanthus.Â
Buttonquail dress has a classic Birds cut with an easy-to-wear short sleeved top and knee length pleated skirt with pockets. It closes with a back invisible zipper and is made of 100% cotton with a 100% OEKO-Tex certified cotton voile lining in the skirt.
This dress can be washed on a cold, delicate cycle and hung to dry. Marie is 5'1" and wears size 16. Buttonquail fits true to our size chart, which you can see here. This dress doesn't have any stretch. The skirt, from waist to hem on all sizes, measures 23.5". Finished measurements of the dress bust/waist/hip, and shoulder to hem length (in brackets), in inches, are as follows:
