Water Witch is a classic knee-length skirt with a fitted waistband, pleats and deep pockets. Both the shell and lining are 100% cotton, and the skirt closes at the back with an invisible zipper.
The bottom of the waistband to the hem measures about 26". This skirt can be hand or machine washed on a cold, delicate cycle, and hung to dry.
