Refund policy

All online purchases can be returned for exchange or refund. Your order will come with a return slip that you must fill out and enclose with your return. Please mail all returns back to us here:

Returned merchandise must arrive back at Birds of North America no more than 30 days after the initial order date. All returns must be in 100% new condition, unworn, with all original tags in place. Please ensure the clothing is packaged safely (in its original packaging, whenever possible), as we cannot accept damaged returns. The form included with your order will allow you to indicate whether you would prefer an exchange, store credit or refund for the value of your returned item. Please note that we cannot refund shipping fees.

USA & International returns
We are unable to accept returns that require duty or tax payment upon receipt. Please consult your shipping provider about how to avoid this when returning items.
