Special Notes: Ok, we probably shouldn't have listed this skirt at all as it has BIG HOLES, but there's something about it that makes me feel that it could find a bit more life with someone! Maybe you sew and can hem it into a mini wrap skirt? Maybe you have some cool mending skills that would work? When was the last time you acquired something for $20 that had so much potential for fun and transformation, amiright?! A qui la chance!!!
