Thistlebird Dress - Geranium
We first ran Thistlebird back in the summer of 2022, and have had so many requests for its return since then! It's finally back in the same beautiful, pre-washed linen as the original, as well as in dark-wash denim!
This classic, button-front dress is one you can live in all summer long! Simple and elegant - it has front patch pockets and a gently gathered skirt, and it closes with a long row of mottled buttons at the front.
The fabric is an OEKO-TEX certified 100% linen, which means that every component of the material has been tested and found to be free of harmful substances. This dress can be washed on a cold delicate cycle and hung to dry. Thistlebird is also available in Nutmeg, Black, and Dark Wash denim.
Hayley is 5'7" and wears our size 6, and Hilary is 5'7" and wears our size 14. Thistlebird measures 42"(2) to 45"(20) from shoulder to hem - you can see our size chart here.

Please note that in natural, high quality linen, there are sometimes slubs in the fabric, which are slightly thickened ares of the spun flax fibres. They have a slightly raised texture and can take dye differently than the rest of the fabric. These textured areas are not considered to be imperfections, but rather a characteristic of the structure of the spun thread, and therefore a natural quality of linen fabric. They don’t affect the integrity of the material in any way, and are a part of the rustic, natural character of high quality linen.
